Made from naturally fallen leaves from the Adaka nut palm, which sheds its leaves several times a year as part of its natural growth cycle. No trees are cut down or harmed to gather this material.
Palm leaves are collected, cleaned, and then mechanically pressed into a mould at 120 degrees Celcius; no additional treatments are required. The ultimate natural disposable plate, each piece having its own unique pattern and structure. Palm leaf plates are strong and rigid. Suitable for many types of hot or cold foods. 7″ Palm leaf round plates are conventional oven safe (max 160 degrees Celcius for 45 mins) and microwave safe (max 2 minutes on high).
